Hello and Happy Independence Day to every Indian reading this post! I have been absolutely inactive for the past 1 month because of some personal reasons and a lot of my routine posts couldn’t be uploaded.
I could really use some support from you guys and start working again with consistency. Also, for those who stayed connected with me over Instagram DMs- Thank you so much!
Let’s dive into the products I went through in June and review my trash 🙂
BODY CARE
1. The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Butter
Price: ₹1,045 for 200ml
I really enjoyed using this. It was a part of my 6 Skincare by June Project Pan and probably the product I got the most success in. I have talked about it in detail in the Finale of the Project Pan as well. Check out both the posts, if you haven’t already, to read about my experience with it.

Would I repurchase? Probably not now. There’s a lot of fish in the sea and I want to explore a bit.
MAKEUP
Finally a makeup product! I rarely wear makeup so it’s pretty difficult for me to finish them. Last month I did go through 1 lipstick and I’m a little proud of myself.
2. Wet n Wild MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Lipstick – Give Me Mocha
Price: ₹499 for 6g
I don’t think I’ve ever finished off a lipstick before. Mostly I keep buying new lipsticks and totally forget about the older ones. I absolutely love this one – the formula, staying power, price and the shade!

Would I repurchase? Most definitely yes. And that’s a lot coming from someone who isn’t even able to finish one, let alone buying the same shade again.
FACE CARE
Most of the products here are sample sized and there’s quite a lot of face packs/ masks. I love me a few minutes of self-pampering sessions and these face masks just provide that.
3. Patanjali Neem-Aloe Vera Face Pack
Price: ₹60 for 60g
This was an okay-ish face pack for regular use when you’re looking for skin detoxification. I used it 2-3 times a week. I’m indifferent to its existence.
I have reviewed it here.
Would I repurchase? No. There are better ones out there.

4. Skin Yoga Green Tea Face Mask
Price: ₹1,750 for 50g
This was a small sample I received and I did enjoy using it but I didn’t find it extraordinary. Let’s just say I’ve tried better stuff at quite a low price. Also, it tastes awful.
Do you accidentally get products in your mouth too?
I have reviewed it in detail here.
Would I repurchase? No. Way over my budget.
5. Azafran D’fend SPF50+ Creme
Price: ₹900 for 100g (Full Size)
A good lightweight water-based sunscreen which is very moisturizing. Not for my oil-reservoir face. This was a 5g sample.
You can check the review here. Look out for sale, you can get it on 50% off.

Would I repurchase? Not for now. Maybe in winters!
All the VLCC products came in a pack of 7 and are part of their facial kit. I got them at 25% off+ Buy One Get One offer (Cost me ₹188) and mostly used the products individually, not as a facial routine.
6. VLCC Cleanser cum Toner
A cream-based cleanser I used whenever I came back home in the middle of the day. I only use foaming cleansers once in the morning and at night. So it was good to use them when I needed to clean my face in between the day.

7. VLCC Orange Anti-Tan Pack
This is a bomb face pack. My skin felt so silk-like whenever I used it, works really well on removing tan and evening out skin. It smells like Orange Jelly!
8. VLCC Insta Glow Face Pack
This was extremely moisturizing so not something my oily skin wanted. Still used it up because I paid for it.

9. VLCC Oil-Free Moisturizing Gel
This felt like I applied a layer of aloe vera gel on my face. It didn’t get absorbed at all so I used it on my body to finish it off.

For the entire VLCC Kit,
All the sachets gave me approximately 5-6 usages.
Would I repurchase? Nope! Don’t really need it in my life. I tried to do an at-home cleanup with this, once and it was nothing extraordinary. A good detoxification, though!
10. Eyebrow Razor
Price: ₹170 for 3 razors
Lastly, I used up this disposable eyebrow razor that I used to remove my facial hair. Bought it from Amazon in a pack of three and it gets the job done.
Would I repurchase? Yes, when I use up the ones I have with me.

What a cool and straightforward empties post! Many of the items are new to me apart from Body Shop items, so it’s interesting to learn of new ones:)

Haha! Thank you so much… The Body Shop and Wet n Wild are the only ones that people might know. Rest are less-known Indian brands, which aren’t really available abroad 🙂 Which country are you from though?

Happy belated independence day and I hope you blog more regularly (trying to keep you motivated)!
I have a question about the body butter: does it leave the skin tacky or greasy?
Rifat Yaseen says
Hi! Thank you so much. Yes I have become regular now and it feels great 🙂 IAbout the body butter, it takes 5-10 minutes to get absorbed, after that no sticky feeling 🙂

Okay! Thanks !

Welcome back to the blogosphere lovely ? I absolutely adore the Bodyshop Body Butters too – but like you said, there are so many different smells to choose from, why stick to one ? x

Thank you babe! 🙂 I know right? The Body Shop has such huge range, I’d need a lifetime to use them all and then they’d launch a new product range -_-
