5 Best Drugstore Lipsticks to Wear All Fall Long

Makeup has no rules, that’s one place you can be as creative and experimental as you want to be! However, there are a few tricks that might help you enhance your makeup looks.

We upgrade our wardrobe when we transition from one weather to another to channel the vibes better. Similarly, there’s something amazing about switching your lipstick shades from summer to fall so you can add rich plums and warm chocolates to your collection.

Some people love going for a vampy, gothic look which does look amazing but I have always been a subtle-glam girl. So I always try to find a balance and try colours that help me channel the fall vibes but don’t look too over-the-top.

5 Best Drugstore Lipsticks for Fall

In today’s post, I have narrowed down some of my favourite drugstore lipsticks that you can wear this fall and beyond.

1. Colourpop Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick in Frick N’ Frack

Fall lipstick Colourpop Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick in Frick N' Frack
Colourpop – Frick N’ Frack

The shade Frick N’ Frack is a gorgeous muted, dark rosy-terracotta with hints of plum and warm undertones. It’s one of those shades that will look great on everyone irrespective of their skin tone. The formula is semi-matte but with time it gets more matte yet feels comfortable.

It looks like a dark plum shade on lighter skin tone, gorgeous rosy plum on medium skin tones like mine and a perfect rosy-terracotta nude on people with darker skin tone.

And it lasts all day so you can munch on Apple Cider Donuts and Pumpkin Spice Latte all you want without worrying about touchups.

2. NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Budapest

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Budapest for Fall
NYX – Budapest

This shade is named after the city of Budapest that is world-famous for its Opera House. It’s a deep mauve with red undertones that would look great on every skin tone.

Budapest offers you a nice wash of berry without giving you a vampy look so it’s great if you’re looking for something-berry that’d get you in the fall mood without being too bold. It needs two layers for opaque coverage and sets to a completely matte finish.

3. Wet N Wild MegaLast Lip Color in Sugar Plum Fairy

Wet N Wild – Sugar Plum Fairy

If you’re not ready to go full-throttle with a deep black-ish berry then Wet N Wild Sugar Plum Fairy is an ideal option. Sugar Plum Fairy is a purplish-berry shade that looks more ‘berry’ when you apply the lipstick on your lips or swatch it.

It’s a bold shade that screams fall and flatters people of all skin tones, from lightest to the deepest. It is also known to be a close dupe of MAC’s Rebel and has a semi-matte finish.

Kapish is a dusty warm brown lipstick that would look great on every skin colour but it will look exceptionally good on brown women.

The finish of the lipstick is matte but very comfortable and lightweight. The warm brown tones are perfect for fun fall activities like roaming through a pumpkin patch or taking a detox by spending quality time with family in a rustic cabin while sipping on cider.

I've used the cleansing oil a few times & compared I've used the cleansing oil a few times & compared to my Softymo cleansing oil, the texture is very thin and lightweight. And this has some scent to it. So far I like both but the choice will be made when I finish them & have to buy a new one.😉

The Centella Cleansing Ampoule Foam has been in my routine for weeks now. I expected a drying cleanser given the pearly finish but I'm surprised! It foams and cleanses well, but it also feels hydrating... or should I say more balanced.

@skin1004official [PR-gifted] I have the full range and I'm discovering everything slowly. I am looking forward to doing blog reviews so I can go in detail with ingredients & comparison with several other products I like from other brands.

I love picking on my skin especially when it's dry so the only way to avoid that is to keep it nourished and this nail & cuticle oil by @essie has been a blessing!

I'm sure there are many brands that have cuticle oil, I've tried Araina when I was in India and it was decent. So no crying about availability, go oil your cuticles.👋

So far the @skin1004official has been really good - foams well but leaves a hydrating feel after rinsing.

I can't tell the difference between Avene & LRP thermal spray but they're both helpful with soothing.

For the Kiko eyeliner, is it 06? or 09? or 60? I can't be bothered.🫣 If you've used any of these products on my reccos or otherwise, lemme know! #bestofmakeup #2022makeup

Haven't put it down since the day I bought this. I prefer to wear it as a tint by blurring the product on my lips, such a flattering shade.☺️

👉The application is smooth, I don't need to drag and tug at my lips.
👉Lasts very long. After a meal, it'll fade away but leave a beautiful tint behind.
👉Has a light minty smell but doesn't sting the lips.
👉Matte but comfortable.

The year of body care! I tried a lot of different The year of body care! I tried a lot of different products so it was a bit difficult to choose the best of the best. But here we are! 😌

📝My criteria for selection was to prioritize the ones that perform the best against MY major concerns like 👉bumpy skin due to ingrown hair, clogged pores (the CeraVe combo works like a charm, I use the cleanser on my face too💙), 👉an anti-perspirant that doesn't dry out or irritate the underarm skin, and 👉a body cream that relieves & nourishes my dry body skin.

🏆Honorary mention: Uriage & Bioderma cleansing oil - y'all were great to me but exfoliating wash was a priority sorry.🤭 Same goes for Garnier 🍉 body food, you're my summer & autumn bestie!
